The Pacific Northwest Regional Group of the British North America Philatelic Society (BNAPS) has announced a meeting to be held in conjunction with the Victoria Stamp & Postcard Fair on Sunday, May 4, 2025. The location is the Sandman Hotel, 2852 Douglas Street, Victoria.
Planning is still underway, but the program will include presenters on a variety of topics. There will be time to visit the Fair. It will be a great opportunity to learn about the philatelic history of British North America.
