Under The Covers: “Canada – US Special Delivery Service 1899 – 1939”

Under The Covers is a monthly Zoom session sponsored by the Postal History Society of Canada. Attendance is free and open to all, but you must register at phscpresentation@gmail.com to obtain the Zoom link.

This month, Raymond Villeneuve will present Canada – U.S. Special Delivery Service 1899 – 1939. Presenting covers to illustrate stamps, rates, routes and markings from the Canadian and American Special Delivery service. Their informal agreement on Special Delivery service and eventual Reciprocal Agreement were the first ones to be signed between two countries.
